The Collage Still-Life

Looking at two famous artists, Frida Kahlo and Henri Matisse for inspiration, we will create three different still-life paintings using acrylic paint and collage.
The beauty of collage is that it allows us to move the collaged pieces of paper around the surface of the image so that we can see what works best. This class will mingle stories from art history while we make unusual and unexpected still-lifes.
