For our first project, we will use our imaginations to create silhouettes of branches and leaves painted on a vivid sky at sunset. Dramatic, color-filled images will be created using watercolor for the background and sumi ink and collage for the leaves and branches.
For our second project, we will again use our imaginations, this time to create a rich tapestry of the objects and creatures that we find on our beaches and dunes. We will use “flicking” to recreate the sand and collage and paint to create shells, seaweed and the
sea and clouds.
